    StableTrack is $199 a month flat with unlimited users, and offline on iOS is included. Cassadol is $89 per user per month, with offline as a $39 per user add-on, so three vets with offline is $384 a month. Pricing checked 29 July 2026; confirm current details with each vendor.

    StableTrack has a native Asteris Keystone PACS integration, so imaging studies attach to the horse's record. Cassadol has no published PACS integration.

    Cassadol publishes a $19 a month HISA add-on. StableTrack does not currently support HISA.
