StableTrack vs Cassadol

Compare StableTrack and Cassadol equine practice management software. Pricing, features, offline mode, AI scribe, imaging integration, multi-vet workflows.

The short version

StableTrack and Cassadol are equine-specific practice management systems. Both publish pricing and both address field work. StableTrack is $199/month flat with unlimited users and offline on iOS included. Cassadol is $89/user/month, with offline as a $39/user/month add-on. For three veterinarians using offline mode, published pricing is $199/month for StableTrack and $384/month for Cassadol.

Practice fit

Cassadol is built for one and two-vet ambulatory practices; Business Infusions directs larger teams to HVMS. StableTrack is one platform for solo, multi-vet, and hospital-scale equine practice. StableTrack publishes column-per-provider scheduling, role-based access, equipment scheduling, reporting, hospitalization workflows, and native multi-owner split billing. Cassadol does not publish native multi-owner split billing.

Integrations that can decide the shortlist

StableTrack has native Asteris Keystone PACS integration and an equine-trained AI scribe included in the product. Cassadol does not publish a PACS integration, and its AI documentation requires a higher plan tier or third-party integration. Cassadol publishes integrations with IDEXX, Antech, and Zoetis Reference Labs; StableTrack has IDEXX in development. Both publish Stripe and QuickBooks Online support.

Where Cassadol is stronger today

Cassadol publishes native HISA integration as a $19/month add-on, which matters for Thoroughbred racing practices. StableTrack does not currently support HISA. Cassadol also publishes established lab integrations and a $999 flat-fee conversion from 19 named systems. Business Infusions has served equine software since 2006 and operates HVMS internationally.

How to choose

Demo both systems against a real barn call. Ask to see offline work, a horse with multiple owners, and the imaging or lab workflow you use. If HISA is required, Cassadol has an integration today and StableTrack does not. If routine imaging, a growing team, or flat team pricing are central, StableTrack deserves close attention. Pricing and features are based on public vendor information checked 29 July 2026; confirm current details with each vendor.
