Imaging requests from the horse's record: order imaging directly from a patient chart in StableTrack and the request appears on your modality worklist. Auto-ingested studies and reports: when a study is finalized in Keystone, it arrives back in StableTrack as a thumbnail attached to the horse's record with the full report. One-click Keystone Omni viewer: open any study in the full Asteris Keystone Omni viewer straight from the horse's chart. Automatic attachment to discharge summaries: imaging results attach to discharge summaries automatically. Retro-archival: existing Keystone studies remain accessible through the same StableTrack interface once integration is active.

What imaging modalities does the integration support?
The integration supports all standard veterinary imaging modalities: X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and dental. If your equipment sends DICOM images, it works with Keystone and therefore with the StableTrack integration.
How does the integration handle existing studies from before we connect StableTrack?
Retro-archival of existing Keystone studies is supported, so previous imaging remains accessible inside StableTrack. Practices moving from another PACS to Keystone can also import prior studies as part of onboarding.
Do I need a separate login for Keystone?
No. The integration is native, which means single sign-on works between StableTrack and Keystone. Studies open from the horse's chart in StableTrack without a separate login screen.
Can referring vets access studies?
Yes. Asteris Keystone Omni provides browser-based access to studies for referring vets and other authorized viewers. Access can be shared with a link that opens in a browser, no software required on the referring vet's side.
What does the integration cost?
StableTrack's flat $199/month price includes access to the Keystone integration. Asteris Keystone has separate licensing for the PACS itself. If you're already a Keystone customer, the integration is included in the StableTrack price. If you're not, contact the StableTrack team for combined pricing on both products.
How long does it take to activate the integration?
Most practices are up and running with the integration within a few days of Keystone being active in the hospital. If you're moving from another PACS or PMS, the timeline includes data migration and typically takes one to two weeks.
Is the integration secure?
Yes. Asteris Keystone uses patented image compression, encryption, and transfer protocols. Studies are encrypted in transit and at rest. Both platforms are architected together, which means security is designed as one system, not two.
